The WIC Educator delivers WIC services to participants by determining and documenting eligibility, issuing food benefits, maintaining participant and program records, interviewing and providing nutrition and breastfeeding education, and promoting behavior change. The WIC Educator also refers participants to appropriate healthcare, community, and social service programs. The WIC Educator is expected to exercise independent judgment and a high degree of initiative within established procedures. Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED. This position performs physical therapy, evaluates needs, and conducts case and resource management for patients under the direction of a licensed physician. Education: Graduation from a four year college or university, including completion of a physical therapy education program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.   • Full time benefitted position based at our Craig office. This position is responsible for the custody, auditing and filing of medical records, verification of PARs (prior authorizations requests) verification of patient/client insurance for the Home Health and Hospice department and assists the Clinical Supervisor and staff with overall coordination of Home Health department, including but not limited to administrative functions and scheduling. This person conducts job duties with regard to ethical and legal standards of medical records practice as well as assists with administrative functions of the Home Health and Hospice department. The ideal candidate will have excellent office clerical functions, including typing, data entry, answering telephones, greeting visitors and prioritizing tasks and administrative duties. Education: High school graduate or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Experience: one year minimum recent experience in a health care facility and/or medical records department required.
