Practice Manager
Full-time, benefitted position at our Steamboat office. Manages all functions and responsibilities of Patient Care Representatives. Develops and organizes front office procedures and systems. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements of data entry, patient intake, follow-up, check out, and collections. Will function as Deputy Registrar for vital statistics of Routt County. Requires excellent computer skills, attention to detail, communication and customer service skills. One to three years supervisory experience in the health care field or office management. Education: Graduate from high school or equivalent required. Coding Coordinator and Chargemaster
Full-time, benefitted position. This position will perform audits of the documentation and posted CPT codes of medical claims to determine whether services ordered by providers are rendered to patients and are accurately billed and supported by the documentation in the clinical medical record. Give feedback on audits and perform education in order to improve documentation and coding performance. Chargemaster for all service lines using eClinicalWorks. Requires excellent computer skills, attention to detail, communication and customer service skills. Minimum of one year of computerized billing and/or coding experience in health care or medical setting required. 2+ years of coding experience using ICD-9-CM or equivalency. Education/Certifications: Graduate from high school or equivalent. CPC or CPC-A Coding Certification through AAPC required within six months of hire. Chef – The Haven Assisted Living Facility
Temporary Full‐time position based at The Haven Assisted Living facility. This position is responsible for the nutritional needs of the residents, including three (3) meals per day plus snacks. In addition, the facility provides food services for special events and meetings. All food services will be prepared in accordance with State Health Department guidelines as to proper clothing and hair restraints, proper temperatures of food at time of serving, proper cleanliness and general good kitchen/pantry conditions.
