Public Health Nurse Manager.
Full-time, salaried, exempt position. This position will provide management and evaluate effectiveness of Public Health programs. Assures public health services provided in Jackson, Moffat and Routt counties are of the highest quality and comply with all State and National standards. Assists Director of Public Health with clinical needs and direction. Suggests and participates in new program development. A Baccalaureate Degree in nursing is preferred, must have an active RN license in Colorado or be able to obtain prior to starting. Immunization Data Entry Clerk.
Part time, temporary position. This position is responsible for data entry of all patient and insurance information received during offsite immunization clinics, as well as clinical data entry pertaining to the immunization given. Perform screener duties at some offsite immunization clinics for the Public Health Department, as well as basic medical records functions. Requires excellent computer skills, professional demeanor, and customer service skills. Prior experience in medical setting with practice management system preferred. Dental Hygienist / Regional Oral Health Specialist.
Part-time position will be tasked with conducting and updating a regional oral health assessment, convening a regional work group, development and implementation of school based dental health programming for the Moffat and Routt counties. This position will interact with VNA staff, community partners, other agencies, to ensure program continuity and customer service. Previous experience with community health services and/or education, prevention services and/or care coordination, and health / dental care systems preferred. Requires active Colorado Dental Hygienist licensure and CPR certification. Requires some travel, excellent computer skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
